We at Swedish Antiques and Decor will contact you within 1-3 business days with a quote from USPS/FedEx, and then add the shipping cost and will send out an invoice for shipping. If you have ordered large items requiring crating before shipping, your updated invoice will take a few more business days before finalized. We ship worldwide, safely and insured. All buyers pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. International clients are responsible for duties and taxes levied by their country of import. If you do find an item that seems slightly over your budget, please send us an email with an offer to see if you we are able to work with you on the price. Each item is unique and can only be sold one time. Swedish Antiques and Decor carries a variety of fine antiques that are competitively priced and for that reason many of our items sell quickly. Swedish Antiques and Decor makes every effort to ensure that our online inventory is up to date. All items on our website are subject to prior sale. In the rare case that an item has sold in store before being purchased online, we will contact you immediately and your payment will be refunded if we cannot agree on a substitute item. Swedish Antiques and Décor reserves the right to correct any factual or pricing error on our website before or after the transaction has been made. In the event that a pricing error occurs, you will be contacted regarding your order. We work very hard to avoid these issues, but mistakes do happen for time to time.
Secure Online Ordering Swedish Antiques and Décor use the latest merchant service account technology to process all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not store any credit card information once it is processed online, hence your shopping experience is kept safe. For the security of our clients, we will only ship to the billing address as listed for the credit card provided. If the address does not batch, the client will be contacted and the order will be canceled.
Returns and Exchanges Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Know however, that all items are sold AS-IS in its current conditions and no returns are normally accepted. Keep in mind that these antique or vintage pieces are NOT new. They will always show signs of age and wear and tear and will most likely have a scratch, dents, cracks or corroded hardware etc. And that will be part of the uniqueness and charm of the merchandise – One of a kind, truly! However, we strive after 100% customer satisfaction and therefore will evaluate return inquires on a customer to customer basis. All possible returns would be less shipping and handling plus a 15% restocking fee. It is mandatory that the item is returned in the same exact condition as it was received however.
